Nathan is well experienced in project identification and project development for multiple ASX
companies.

Previous roles include Business Development Management role for a large Canadian energy company and Executive Director roles for a number of ASX-listed companies.

Nathan’s business network spreads across Australia and Asia and has strong corporate ties in the finance industry.

Mr. Woodcock holds both a Bachelor of Science (Geology) and a Master of Science (Mining Geology).

His career spans 2 decades in the exploration and production of various commodities across
multiple countries.

Previous engagements include Senior Management roles with Kinross Gold (NYSE:KGC), Gold Fields (NYSE:GFI), Evolution Mining (ASX:EVN) and Gold Road Resources (ASX:GOR)

Mr Woodham has over 30 years’ experience in the mining and exploration industry in Australia and overseas.

Mr Woodham was the founding director of LFB Resources (which subsequently merged with Alkane Metals), a founding director of Centaurus Resources and YTC Resources (Aurelia) and Managing Director of Kingwest (ASX:KWR) and Tellus Resources.

Bevan has an extensive background in the corporate and financial services industries having worked in various accounting and corporate broking firms for the past 15 years.

Bevan has significant experience in the recapitalisation, restructuring and acquisition of assets for numerous ASX companies and was a Client Advisor at Patersons Securities and Partner of a venture capital firm.

Well experienced in executive and non-executive board roles with over 20 years of experience.
