Stockhead’s Tylah Tully looks at Victory Metals’ (ASX:VTM) latest capital raising effort of $4 million.

Victory raised the funds to accelerate a Pre-Feasibility Study and development of its flagship North Stanmore rare earths project, the largest clay-hosted Heavy Rare Earth deposit in Australia.
